Continued....A post about Dilli

Well, I had written the post a while ago and I think the reason why I am posting this is because I have changed views about the city. Dilli, if you define, has no identity of its own. The special feature about Delhi is that it derives a large part of its identity from the people migrating from different places to settle in the city. Since it is cosmopolitan in nature, you can surely find people of different cultures, customs residing together. People of all colors, all styles reside in a commonplace called Delhi. If I state Delhi's identity, I would say that the main identity of the city is that it has so many various people all with their own unique cultures living by the side of River Yamuna.
Since the city of Delhi has a lot of Punjabi population, the lingo here is a metamorphic Punjabi. Ho Jaega Ji, Tu jaanta Nahi main kaun hu etc are very typical of the city.the lingo of Delhi provides a base or a foundation to Delhi's diversity. Some of the changes grew with time and some I will incorporate in the next time's post. Enjoy!

This is an editorial based on the tribute to Indian Actresses of the 50s,60s & 70s era where the role of a woman was seen as a subdued one while in these few films, namely Kaagaz Ke Phool, Awara and Hare Ram Hare Krishna, they have rose to become an inspiration for all those women. This was the time of the woman rising up, breaking shackles and becoming a more important part of the 70 mm screen. This photo shoot consists of three films, each from the three decades.

This is one of those days when you just lie in bed till 12 noon and order from Mc Donalds or survive on the leftovers of yesterday night. On one of these days, you feel utter confusion in your head, random thoughts juggling in your mind and you trying to show that you're fine. And everything but lying on the bed seems a lot of pain to do. Doodling is not a pain on such days as it improves your condition and helps you get through with the day. 

Playing with lettering !!

During my attempt to complete my office work(with type), it suddenly struck me to post something on type and lettering, actually more of lettering.I had a few lettering examples and some I had created recently and decided to post them on the blog.Have fun!

Now this was a real mistake!!

I was searching my old stuff and found something which I couldn't believe that I had sometimes ventured into this field of design. It was very unexpected that I had some point of time been interested in Fashion Designing(which I would totally suck at right now!) and had been into drawing hot models with minimum amount of cloth on their body. Anyways, I found heaps of it when I was cleaning up my cupboard. Well, I don't still believe it and regardless to say, I thought that this was a real mistake so I put up this stuff here!
